Widewater has one main store nearby, Asda Lancing Supermarket. There are many pubs and bars nearby, including: Farmers Hotel, Harvester, Miller and Carter, Royal British Legion, Sussex County Football Assoc. (Bar), Sussex County Football (Time Out), The Bistro ... (see map below for more bars and associated links).
