"Walking distance to city centre, approx' 40 minutes at normal pace. On a bus route too, with decent service. Lovely parkland at Catton Park, which is popular with dog walkers. A couple of pubs, one of which has regular live music. Medical Centre which in my experience is very good. Located north of the city centre, not far from The Broads, and 30 minutes from Cromer on the coast. I like living here very much.
