Our bespoke location finder service is aimed at clients who may be moving to the UK and need help navigating where to live, or clients who are already in the UK but are unsure where they wish to move to next and have a wide search area and/or a long list of requirements.

We bring an independent 'eye' to your search dilemma. We aim to uncover locations that will best suit your needs and that are realistic based on your budget and other criteria.

We do this by first helping you to take stock of your requirements by capturing every aspect of your search brief through our comprehensive questionnaire and a telephone call. We find writing down your criteria helps you to prioritise your needs and talking through your search helps to bring out the nuances of your search and what you are really looking for. We cover your likes and dislikes, work and schooling needs, hobbies, amenities, property must haves, transport requirements and more.

Once we are clear on your requirements and priorities, we will then dedicate up to one week of research time to your search and report on up to five locations that present options that best match your requirements. The following information will be provided on each recommended location (specifics will vary depending on what is important to you):

Insight into the local property market and up to three example properties that closely meet your requirements (market dependent)
Commute options
Selection of local schools that meet your requirements (if applicable)
Information on local broadband capabilities
A summary of local amenities that are important to you such as cafes, restaurants, shops, clubs, and local activities
We will also list locations that we have reviewed but excluded, with a brief reason as to why we felt the locations were not suitable. This can help clarify your priorities and ensure you have considered all avenues

Finally, we are happy to arrange a 30 minutes follow-up call to discuss any aspects of your report. We may also be able to provide you with an introduction to an expert Property Finder once you have decided on a location to move to.*

She has a strong network of Property Finder and Real Estate contacts and access to a wealth of location data to drive the search.
